Richard serves multinational clients across diverse sectors including acting as Executive Director of a number of pan-Asia Region industry and trade associations.​

He has worked at the intersection of business, government and civil society in Asia for over twenty years and since 2013 has focused on Climate Change, Sustainability and the Circular Economy.

A seasoned Public Affairs practitioner, Richard has worked extensively in senior regional in-house and advisory roles across a variety of industries including logistics, tourism, travel, biotech, e-payments, e-commerce, e-mobility, energy efficiency, waste management and fast-moving consumer goods. Accustomed to working at all levels with regional forums including APEC, ASEAN and the ADB, Richard specialises in engaging stakeholders across Asia for individual clients as well as for ‘multi-stakeholder platforms’ where the priorities and interests are diverse and can be at odds amongst individual platform members.​​

Richard holds a MA in Climate Change and a BA in Political Science & Asian Studies (Honours). Originally from Australia, Richard and his South East Asian-born family have been residents in Singapore since 2000.​
